Terms for Real Estate: $10,000 for each Tract must be paid down the day of sale upon signing of the real estate contract, to be escrowed with Gasconade County Abstract, with the balance due at closing in 30 days. The real estate contract for each Tract must be signed immediately after the auction the day of the sale, with electronic signatures accepted for any online buyer. All of the property, including the house, sells AS-IS and is not subject to any inspections. Acreage in each Tract is estimated, and a final survey will determine the exact number of acres. A 3% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final price of each Tract, with said Buyer’s Premium to be paid by Buyer at closing.
