Terms: The successful bidder at this real estate auction must deposit earnest money in the amount of $5,000 payable to the title company  at the time of signing the real estate contract the day of the auction immediately after the auction.  The earnest money is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall the earnest money be refunded to any bidder.  Please make sure you have conducted your own personal inspection of the real property and have your financing ensured prior to bidding. All costs of the title insurance shall be split equally between Seller and Buyer except Buyer shall pay all costs of any mortgagee’s title insurance policy if Buyer is obtaining a loan.  Buyer shall also pay all costs associated with Buyer’s side of the real estate transaction and all costs associated with Buyer obtaining a loan, including but not limited to: points, loan and/or mortgages fees, PMI, recording costs, document preparation fees, inspection fees, appraisal if one is required by buyer’s lender, and any other costs that may be applicable and/or required by Buyer’s lender or the title company.  The property taxes for the real property have been paid for 2024.  Property taxes for 2025 shall be prorated. Announcements day of auction take precedence over all printer matter.  The real property is sold AS IS and is not subject to any inspections.

Note: Dave started Medallion Electric in 1971. He has sold the business. This auction represents the remaining supplies and equipment that Dave still owns. This is only a partial list as the buildings and storage trailers are full. There will be a large amount of copper wire to be sold.

Terms for Personal Property: Cash or good check with proper identification.  All sales are final.   Everything sells as is, where is. Proper identification is necessary to obtain a buyer’s number.  Announcements day of sale supersede all printed material.  Not responsible for accidents. Food on grounds.
